The Project Management Department<\/strong> of DOTSOFT is the central pillar for implementing the company\u2019s operational strategy, ensuring that each project is transformed from a set of requirements into a successful<\/strong>, measurable<\/strong> and sustainable result<\/strong>. With many years of experience in managing complex IT and digital transformation projects, the Department has developed a mature and structured approach that covers the entire project lifecycle.<\/p>

Its operation is based on internationally recognised standards and methodologies<\/strong>, such as PM\u00b2, PRINCE2 and Agile frameworks, which are dynamically adapted to the needs of each project, taking into account its scope, complexity, stakeholders and regulatory framework. Particular emphasis is placed on project governance, the proper allocation of resources and the continuous monitoring of progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
