Anastasios Manos, Chairman of the Board of Directors & CEO

Anastasios Manos holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from AUTH (2000), a master's degree from the Department of Applied Informatics of the University of Macedonia (2006) with a specialization in Business Informatics and a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA, Master of Business Administration) with a specialization in Human Resources Management of the University of Macedonia (2002). He is a certified Project Manager with the PM2 Alliance (2022) “PM2 Advanced” certification.
He is the main shareholder of the SA. He was elected Vice President in March 2010 and assumed the duties of President and CEO from September 2012 until today. He has more than fifteen (15) years of professional experience in the management and implementation of National and European co-financed IT projects. He has worked as a Business Development Manager at the companies TREDIT SA and Infotrip SA between 2001-2007 and 2008-2010. He is also the Vice-President of the IT Business Association of Northern Greece (SEPBE) since 2012.

Alexandros Gousios, Deputy President - Vice President, Executive Member

Alexandros Gousios is a graduate of the Mediterranean College, with an Executive Diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management and since 2020 he is certified in Crowd Management, passenger safety and safety Training. He has many years of experience in businesses in the tourism and catering sector. He has worked in the sales department of FAGE SA and AB Vassilopoulos SA. In the field of tourism, he has worked from 2016 to 2022 in large hotel companies such as ILIO MARE HOTEL & RESORT, Hotel Mykonos, San Giorgio Hotel Mykonos. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the SA since November 2017.

Dionysis Linaras, Executive Member

Dionysis Linaras obtained with honors both a bachelor's degree in Economics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and a master's degree in Business Administration from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He has worked as a Financial Analyst at Bank of America, as an Account & Relationship Manager at Societe Generale and American Express, while subsequently performing Fund Manager duties at Dias SA. and Aeolica A.E.H.. Then, he was General Manager, Investment Manager and Member of the Board of Directors. at International A.E.D.A.K. and AGROTIKI ASSET MANAGEMENT and General Manager of PIRAEUS ASSET MANAGEMENT. Since 2014 he has been a Business Consultant of DVK Consultants, in the United Arab Emirates, and since 2016 he has been a Member of the Investment Committee at EDEKT and AEDAK INSURANCE ORGANIZATIONS. From September 2023, he assumed the duties of Member of the Board of Directors. to assist with his extensive experience as a Business and Investment Advisor.

Angeliki Samara, Non-Executive Member

Angeliki Samara is Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Department of Accounting and Finance, School of Business Administration, University of Macedonia. She obtained her BA in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, completed her MA in Applied Economics and Finance with an academic focus in Applied Accounting and Auditing from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and her PhD in Accounting from the University of Surrey, UK. She also holds a professional certification in Auditing from the Association of Chartered Accountants of Greece (SOEL).
She has extensive experience in the accounting field and in the supervision and control of financial statements. She is a member of the Quality Control Council (QC) of the Accounting Standardization and Audit Committee (ELTE) and the Quality Control Committee (QC) of SOEL. She was an expert in the EU twinning program on auditing and accounting standards and corporate governance and a member of the team at the General Accounting Office (Ministry of Finance) for the preparation of the new Chart of Accounts for the Greek Government. She is also the President of the Examinations Committee of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Greece (SOEL) for the conduct of the professional examinations, member of the Audit Committee and independent non-executive member of THPA S.A., AlphaLife Insurance Company S.A. and Alpha Urban Properties.
She participates in national and international accounting and auditing conferences. Her research interests include Financial Reporting, International Financial Reporting Standards and Accounting and Audit Committees. Her work has been presented at various academic conferences and published in academic peer-reviewed journals.

Evangelia Doulkiaroglou, Non-Executive Member

Evangelia Doulkiaroglou is a graduate of the Alexandria Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, Department of Physiotherapy. In 2010 she worked at the Georgios Papanikolaou General Hospital of Thessaloniki and from 2012-2014 in private clinics as an external associate. She collaborates with the SA as well as with other Digital Technologies companies such as Comitech AE and Noveltech AE in research projects with the object of designing applications that use smart watches and sensors to collect data related to proper physical condition and nutrition.
