The société anonyme under the corporate name DOTSOFT S.A. informs the person to whom the relevant personal data relates (hereinafter the “Data Subject”), visitor/user of this website (hereinafter the “Website”), that the processing of personal data is governed by the following terms, by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Greek Law 4624/2019, as well as by the applicable Greek and European legislation on personal data protection and the relevant decisions, guidelines and regulatory acts of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

DOTSOFT ensures the fair and lawful collection and processing of personal data through its Website. Personal data consists of information that directly or indirectly identifies the Data Subject, such as name, e-mail address or postal address.

DOTSOFT maintains records and processes personal data voluntarily provided by the Data Subjects themselves. Such processing is carried out with the consent of the Data Subjects and only to the extent necessary depending on the purpose and duration of the processing in each case.

Personal data processing is performed, as applicable, on the basis of the Data Subject’s consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations or the legitimate interests of the Company.

Each time, we collect only the personal data that is absolutely necessary in order to carry out the action or service requested by the Data Subject (see below “Purposes of Processing”).

DOTSOFT and/or third parties processing data on its behalf:

•      Purpose of collection: Location data is used to provide location-based features and services within the app, such as identifying nearby services, customising content based on geographic area, or fulfilling a specific function of the app that requires the user’s location.
