The Municipality of Sithonia is advancing the modernization of its operations and the improvement of everyday life for citizens, visitors, and businesses, with the support of DOTSOFT S.A., through the implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation project.

The project includes the design, development, supply, and installation of modern applications and technological infrastructures, as well as the delivery of integrated software solutions, equipment, training services, and technical support.

The contract is being implemented under Lot 1: “Development of Marketplace Actions” and includes the following initiatives:

• Action 8 – Municipal Fleet Management: Implementation of a vehicle monitoring and management system featuring telematics tools, route optimization capabilities, and operational performance monitoring, enhancing the efficiency of municipal services.
• Action 9 – Building Energy Management: Deployment of smart systems and sensors for monitoring and optimizing energy consumption in municipal and school buildings, aiming to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
• Action 11 – Smart City Guide: Development of a digital platform and mobile application to promote points of interest and local businesses, enhancing the visitor experience and supporting the local economy.
• Action 35 – Central Data Platform: Creation of a unified system for collecting and managing data generated by the individual project actions, incorporating dashboards and analytics tools to support informed and data-driven decision-making.

The project is complemented by configuration, training, and technical support services, ensuring the smooth operation, long-term sustainability, and effective utilization of the implemented solutions.

Through the implementation of this project, the Municipality of Sithonia is taking a significant step towards a modern and smart operating model, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of the services provided to citizens and visitors.
