DOTSOFT S.A., one of Greece’s leading companies in the design and implementation of integrated digital transformation solutions, is participating as a subcontractor to Evolution Projects in the “Digital Transformation Actions for the Municipality of Aigaleo” project, undertaking the implementation of critical subsystems and services.

As part of this collaboration, DOTSOFT S.A. is responsible for implementing a broad range of smart applications and technological infrastructures that enhance the functionality, sustainability, and quality of life of the citizens of the Municipality of Aigaleo.

Traffic Information Systems: Installation of smart sensors and radar devices for the collection of real-time traffic data. The system processes the collected information and provides insights on travel times, traffic conditions, and alternative routes, enabling more efficient traffic management and informed mobility decisions.

Smart Waste Bins: Deployment of fill-level sensors in waste collection bins, integrated with a remote monitoring and management system. This enables the optimization of collection routes, improves operational efficiency, and supports more effective and sustainable waste management practices.

Municipal Fleet Management: Implementation of a GPS-enabled telematics platform for real-time vehicle tracking and monitoring. The system enhances route management and operational oversight, leading to increased efficiency, optimized fleet utilization, and reduced operating costs.

Air Quality Monitoring: Installation of environmental sensors to monitor key air quality and environmental indicators in real time, with data visualized through a dedicated digital platform. The system provides comprehensive analytics, reporting, and timely information to support environmental awareness and informed decision-making.

Risk Warning System: Development of an early warning system for fire detection and prevention, based on data collection and integration with the smart city platform. The system supports the immediate response of municipal services and enhances overall preparedness and public safety.

ISO 37122 Performance Indicators: Implementation of a monitoring system for city performance indicators in accordance with the ISO 37122 standard for smart cities. The system supports the assessment, benchmarking, and continuous improvement of municipal services, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhanced urban governance.

The implementation of these initiatives is aimed at:
