The Project Management Department acts as a strategic advisor to customers, supporting decision-making and the optimal use of the solutions implemented. In this way, DOTSOFT is not limited to project delivery, but actively contributes to creating long-term value for the organisations it serves.

The Project Management Department of DOTSOFT is the central pillar for implementing the company’s operational strategy, ensuring that each project is transformed from a set of requirements into a successful, measurable and sustainable result. With many years of experience in managing complex IT and digital transformation projects, the Department has developed a mature and structured approach that covers the entire project lifecycle.

Its operation is based on internationally recognised standards and methodologies, such as PM², PRINCE2 and Agile frameworks, which are dynamically adapted to the needs of each project, taking into account its scope, complexity, stakeholders and regulatory framework. Particular emphasis is placed on project governance, the proper allocation of resources and the continuous monitoring of progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
