Dotsoft outperformed as the big finalist by winning the Smart City Supplier of the Year award at the 2023 Best City Awards, organized by Boussias for the 7th year and under the auspices of KEDE, the Region of Attica and the Region of Thessaly. The award ceremony took place on Monday, January 16, 2023 at the “Miltiadis Evert” Amphitheater of Technopolis, Municipality of Athens.

In an active and dynamic award ceremony with the participation of committee members, representatives of the public and business sector, projects and good practices that were implemented by Regions, Municipalities and integrated Corporate alliances, were awarded as of enhancing the citizens’ quality of life through more efficiently managing available resources and providing upgraded digital services that make cities Smart!

Dotsoft received a total of 4 awards.

• Gold award in the category “Digital local tourist guide & Mobile applications” for the project TTLS – Intelligent transport and smart guide for smart tourism
• Gold award in the category “Energy management systems for municipal and school buildings” for the app IanosEnergy | Smart energy consumption monitoring and management system
• Silver award in the category “Digitization of museum content & local cultural heritage” for the project MOUSEION TOPOS – Interactive digital gamification applications for a Museum’s cultural inventory
• Silver award in the category “Online waste bin and waste truck fleet management system” for the app Fleeto Smart Waste Management | Smart collection organization and management system using sensors

The Best City Awards 2023 included 5 top honors which were won by the nominations that collected the highest overall score from the awards they received in different categories, proving their multi-dimensional work and their constant investment in maintaining high performance indicators. At companies’ level, the top title Smart City Supplier of the Year was won by DOTSOFT SA.
