Client: Council of Europe
The project aims to support the design and development of studies and programmes, training courses and supporting reference materials, monitoring methodologies, new and/or updating of existing online tools, web applications, courses and materials relevant to CoE education policy areas.
Dotsoft was assigned with the project for the redesign of a LEMON course on the Key to Media Literacy. This course was developed by the CoE Education Department and Dotsoft redesigned it, in order to make it more interactive and user-friendly through the use of visual engaging graphics and other multimedia tools. The courses are hosted on CoE Help Platform. Aside from the graphical aspect of the course, we have also work on the content in order to reshape the entire way of thinking and methodology behind, so that the courses are based on a critical thinking approach.
Our aim in this first Order Form with CoE, based on this Framework Agreement, was to design and develop an e-learning course, tailored to the needs of CoE and of its learners, taking advantage of the latest e-learning design principles and provide the following features:
- Visually and aesthetically appealing
- Easy to follow and understand
- Pedagogically effective
- Engaging and participative (not only informative)
- Technically advanced and contemporary
