Announcement of the commencement of negotiation in EN.A. PLUS
The company "DOTSOFT INTEGRATED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS SOCIETE ANONYME" (hereinafter the "Company") announces that on 10.08.2023 the trading of all 3,120,000 common registered shares of the Company, with a nominal value of €0.10 each in the general category, will start be negotiable at the Alternative Market, EN.A. PLUS, of the Athens Stock Exchange ("EN.A. PLUS").
On 04.08.2023 the Admissions and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange approved the inclusion of the Company's shares in EN.A. PLUS.
Adviser of the EN.A. for the inclusion of the Company's shares in the Athens Stock Exchange is "Euroxx Stock Exchange SA". The trading code of the stock is DOTSOFT in Latin font and ΝΤΟΤΣΟΦΤ in Greek.
The initial trading price of the Company's shares is €3.85 per share.
The shares will have been credited to the shares and securities accounts of the beneficial shareholders in the Intangible Securities System (S.S.A.T.) before the start of trading.
The Information Document drawn up for the inclusion of the shares in EN.A. PLUS is available from 04.08.2023 in electronic form on the websites of "Hellenic Stock Exchanges S.A. - Athens Stock Exchange" (www.athexgroup.gr), of the Company (https://www.dotsoft.gr/el/investor- relations) and the Adviser EN.A.
