The project aims to support the design and development of studies and programmes, training courses and supporting reference materials, monitoring methodologies, new and/or updating of existing online tools, web applications, courses and materials relevant to CoE education policy areas. Moreover, the implementation of the project will lead to the creation of defined storylines and/or scenarios interspersed with visually engaging graphic elements, quizzes and multi-media, to enhance the learning experience, as well as improved user interaction.
Lot 1: Design and technical development of online courses, e-learning and training on digital technologies, e-learning platforms, hosting solutions and alike, in line with the priorities of the Education Department and the Council of Europe, including development of content.
