The object of the project is the provision of technical, educational, guiding and consulting services with the aim of strengthening the capabilities of the Cyprus Academy of Public Administration for the effective management and coordination of the Project "Learning Support for the Implementation of Administrative Changes in Public Administration", through the Formation Risk Assessment Report, the Design of the Project and Legal Commitments Management System and Tools, the preparation of the Project Manager's Manual, the preparation of the Legal Commitment Manager's Manual and the capacity building of the management and training team including consultation on innovative learning with emerging educational technologies and guidance of the members of the Project Management Team and the Legal Commitments Management Teams.
