The provision of, among other things, design, delivery and implementation of tailor-made interactive e-learning courses to the ESM. Creating courses may start from existing internal content (e.g. PowerPoint slides, policies, notes, other documents) or from a description of the specific learning objectives which cannot be achieved through other solutions. The objective is to design the course storyboard in collaboration with the designated ESM subject matter expert and HR and build the online course which may include various elements (text, graphics, quizzes, tests, educational animations, screencasts with/without audio narration, etc.), depending on the complexity of the subject and the specific audience. Indicatively, the first e-learning course is the “Code of Conduct”.
