DOTSOFT supported ENISA in the development of a graphical presentation of the content that was displayed to the end users of the web application enabling them to obtain information on cyber threats that had resulted from threat analysis activities within ENISA. ENISA aimed at the development of a web application that met basic security requirements. Hence, secure code development, secure operation and secure access policies were applied.
DOTSOFT provided the following services:
1) Custom development for the web application
2) Maintenance services for the developed system, covering the full range of maintenance types: corrective, adaptive, perfective and preventive
3) Helpdesk function, managing Service Levels
4) Managed Hosting and administration of the web application.
