DOTSOFT undertakes to operate and maintain for five years (+2 year extension) the websites from the Directorate of Telecommunication and Integrated Applications and ensure that said websites are online, secure and updated with news and information. Tasks for the operation and maintenance of the websites include: 1) technical SW engineering support; 2) technical enhancements; 3) standard maintenance to upgrade SW components; 4) server maintenance; 5) develop, implement, test and roll-out web based applications; 6) manage integration and links with internal/external websites or databases; 7) generate and maintain associated user manuals and documentation; 8) maintain overall security for website applications; 9) editorial support for generating news stories; and 10) update website pages and graphical design to ensure an attractive layout.
