Client: Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA)

The subject of this contract is the provision of services for website maintenance and support as per SLA and ad-hoc changes/enhancements required to the existing website, which is:
1. 24x7 Maintenance and Support:
-Resolution Times as per defined SLA
-Web Application Preventive Maintenance; Web Server Preventive Maintenance
-WordPress Updates, Upgrades, Service Packs and Patches; AWS Hosting Updates, Upgrades, Service Packs and Patches
-Algolia Search Engine Maintenance
-System Exception Handling
-The SLA shall cover a period of 3 years
2. WordPress Website Enhancement charges on an hourly rate: From time to time the MFSA shall request to quantify and implement new projects and/or enhancements to existing projects and/or new software features on the MFSA WordPress website. ‘Projects’, ‘Enhancements’, and ‘Software Features’ may vary from minor changes such as the creation of a new page with specific functionality, to more demanding requests such as interaction with other third-party applications through the use of APIs.
