The aim of this contract was the provisioning of supporting services to maintain the ESA European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) S2 website on a day to day basis ensuring ESTEC's ability to communicate its activities to a wide audience and attract new projects.
The services consisted of providing:
1) technical software engineering support
2) managed hosting and administration services and
3) updating project web pages and graphical design to ensure an attractive layout.
DOTSOFT operated corrective, preventive, perfective and adaptive maintenance services for the S2 website (https://spacesolutions.esa.int/) and AXEL (https://axel.spacesolutions.esa.int/portal/) an integrated web application supporting
i) Reporting;
ii) BIC applications; and
iii) EOI services offered by the Directorate of Telecommunications and Integrated Applications.
DOTSOFT was also responsible for the operational availability and security.
