Client: European Border and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX)
Provision of on-site (intramuros) and off-site (extramuros) services regarding, Geographic Information Systems and other information systems in Frontex using at the ESRI technologies.
The services were covering support, integration and adaptation, development, consultancy and knowledge transfer in the context of Frontex’s information systems environment.
The services involved activities such as (not exhaustively listed): project management, pre-analysis, feasibility studies, proof of concept, analysis, advice, design, programming, testing, installation, system administration, customisation, documentation, training, quality check, end-user assistance, 3rd level support, transfer of knowledge and information systems consultancy services.
