DOTSOFT provided on-site (intramuros) and off-site (extramuros) services regarding Geographic Information Systems and other information systems in Frontex, using ESRI technologies.
The services covered support, integration and adaptation, development, consultancy, and knowledge transfer within the context of Frontex’s information systems environment.
The services involved activities such as (not exhaustively listed): project management, pre-analysis, feasibility studies, proof of concept, analysis, advice, design, programming, testing, installation, system administration, customisation, documentation, training, quality check, end-user assistance, 3rd level support, transfer of knowledge, and information systems consultancy services.
