Expansion of DOTSOFT’s cooperation with the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA)

DOTSOFT SA has signed a 50% increase in the Framework Agreement of the European Union Agency for Asylum
(EUAA) concerning the "provision of e-Learning content authoring services, including educational animations".
The EUAA supports Member States in applying the package of EU laws that governs asylum, international protection
and reception conditions, known as the Common European Asylum System (CEAS). The EUAA has replaced the
European Asylum Support Office (EASO) from the beginning of 2022 and is based in Malta.
The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the creation/development of new online courses
and their publication in the Learning Management System, the production of educational animations and graphics,
the implementation of changes to existing online courses, the creation of translated online courses and consulting
services in the instructional design of the e-Learning program for content specialists.
The main objectives of the contract are to revise/update/upgrade the training program, develop new training
modules and create a robust infrastructure for course authoring services and services of instructional designer to
transform drafts into modern e-learning courses with embedded multimedia.
