DOTSOFT S.A., with many years of experience in developing integrated digital transformation solutions for Local Government Organisations, created the Datagers service to address a critical gap: the proper, efficient, and secure operation of smart city systems.

Since 2015, we have been developing and continuously evolving the SmartisCity platform, which today operates in more than 50 Municipalities across Greece, demonstrating the reliability and scale of the company’s solutions. At the same time, in collaboration with the Municipality of Trikala and e-trikala S.A., we established the first Smart City Operation Center in Greece, staffed by specialised data experts – the Datagers.
What Datagers Are
Datagers are DOTSOFT’s specialised team responsible for ensuring that smart cities operate at their full potential.
