Central Management Software – The “Heart” of EasyParking

At the core of the solution is the Central Management Software, a web-based platform that collects, processes, and displays all system data, giving the Municipality full control and the ability to strategically utilise controlled parking.

The software includes the following subsystems:

• Management of parking areas, spaces, and sensors: Full real-time supervision, with the ability to monitor availability and the technical status of equipment.
• Parking violation management: Recording and monitoring of violations, with direct synchronisation with the CityPolis Municipal Police application.
• Payment management: Monitoring of all transactions, from mobile payments and e-wallets to points of sale and parking meters.
• Management of other Municipal Police violations: Integration of violations beyond the Road Traffic Code, such as illegal occupation of pavements.
• Objection management: Submission, evaluation, and processing of citizens’ requests regarding imposed fines.
• Permanent resident management: Registration, verification, and renewal of parking permits, with the ability to create a whitelist for immediate verification.
• Parking policy management: Configuration of rules, including time limits, charges, and special categories, by street, zone, or type of parking space.
• Statistics and reports: Powerful tools for analysing occupancy, revenues, violations, and traffic data, with report export capability.
• User management: Definition of roles and access rights, ensuring secure and controlled use of the system.

In this way, EasyParking offers Municipalities an integrated administration and control platform, which is not limited merely to monitoring parking spaces but incorporates every critical aspect of parking management, turning technology into an everyday tool for urban improvement.
