What is IANOS Energy?

IanosEnergy is a web-based application that gathers all electricity bill data in a single environment. Through automated data import, it provides a complete overview of consumption and costs, while advanced analytics tools help identify energy-intensive or inactive connections, unjustified charges, and potential problems.

All electricity bills are collected in a single, user-friendly digital environment. Fragmented archiving and manual searching are no longer required: every supply point, every bill, and every historical record is immediately available with one click.

    2.Detailed Recording of Consumption and Costs

The application records in detail:

• kWh consumption per supply point, month, and year.
• Energy costs, taxes, fees, and fixed charges.
• Total expenses per cost centre, such as lighting, municipal buildings, pumping stations, sports facilities, and more.

This enables the identification of the most energy-intensive infrastructure and provides a basis for targeted energy-saving interventions.

• The application includes powerful control tools for:
• identifying inactive supply points with zero consumption,
• detecting excessive or unjustified charges, for example in relation to power charges,
• checking the legality of connections and the correctness of tariffs,
• identifying possible irregularities such as suspicious consumption, leaks, or electricity theft.

    6.Targeted Reports and Lists

IanosEnergy enables data export to editable Excel files for any period. Examples of reports include:

• cost list per supply point in ascending or descending order,
• list of inactive supply points and their cost,
• list of supply points below or above specific consumption limits,
• reports on HEDNO, IPTO, excise duty, public service obligations, fixed charges, and discounts.
• In this way, users have ready-to-use tools for analysis and control.
