The FleetoMonitoring platform offers a comprehensive set of features for the daily management and monitoring of vehicle fleets.

Real-Time Monitoring

• Location tracking and visualisation of each vehicle on street-level digital maps.
• Real-time tracking capability with continuous location updates without fully refreshing the map, displaying only vehicles that are in motion.
• Street View display, allowing the user to see the exact location in its physical environment.
• Display of information such as speed, direction, current driver, and GPRS/GPS signal.

Route History and Playback

• Storage of routes for a period of up to and over 12 months.
• Playback of a vehicle’s route with or without a trace, with zoom-in and zoom-out capability.
• Export of historical data in kml, gpx, gsr, and csv formats for further analysis or use in tools such as Google Earth.
• Export of predefined routes and designation of these routes as standard for specific vehicles.

Route and Stop Management

• Real-time fleet visualisation with filtering capability by category, driver, licence plate, and other criteria.
• Recording of all stops with arrival/departure time, duration, and distance travelled to the stop point.
• Calculation of total stopping/parking time and total route distance.
• Ability to identify the nearest vehicle to a specific point of interest or the nearest POI to a vehicle.

Vehicle Status Monitoring

• Real-time monitoring of operational status, such as active, stationary, or out of signal.
• Alerts for vehicle events such as speeding, idling, and loss of GPS/GPRS signal.

Integration of sensors for:

• vehicle collision detection (crash sensor),
• towing detection (tow sensor),
• battery disconnection.

Fuel and Service Management

• Recording and monitoring of fuel consumption, either through analogue methods or via CAN bus.
• Scheduling of maintenance and service actions per vehicle.
• Alerts for scheduled actions or threshold exceedance.

Automatic Alerts and Events

• Creation of events, such as speeding or entry into a restricted zone, with easy configuration.
• Definition of time restrictions, for example alert operation only during working hours.
• Activation of alerts via:
• popup windows within the platform,
• email and SMS, with the option to use an SMS Gateway,
• user-selected alarm sound.
• Ability to prepare predefined templates for event messages.

Geographical Restrictions and Points of Interest (POIs)

• Creation and monitoring of zones, namely geographical areas.
• Automatic notification when vehicles enter or exit predefined zones.
• Definition of predefined routes and monitoring of any deviations.
• Registration and management of points of interest, such as hospitals, schools, public buildings, project sites, and more.

Reports and Statistics
