The project provides technical, educational, consultancy, and coaching services to strengthen the capacity of the Cyprus Academy of Public Administration in managing and coordinating the initiative “Learning Support for the Implementation of Administrative Changes in the Public Administration.” It focuses on the development of tools and systems for risk assessment, project planning, and the management of legal obligations, while also strengthening management and training teams. The project further promotes innovative learning approaches through the use of emerging educational technologies.
