The project establishes a Framework Agreement for the design, delivery, and implementation of customized interactive e-learning courses for the European Stability Mechanism (ESM). Learning solutions are developed either from existing internal content or based on specific learning objectives that require tailor-made instructional approaches. The initiative aims to provide engaging, multimedia-rich learning experiences that support ESM’s professional development and knowledge-sharing objectives, while ensuring high standards of instructional quality and learner engagement.
