National School of Judges: Digitization and Educational Archive Management
Digitization project and development of a library management system for the National School of Judges
DOTSOFT S.A. collaborates with the National School of Judges (NJS) in the implementation of a project involving the procurement of an Integrated Library Management and Student Attendance Tracking System, funded by the Ministry of Justice.
Project Objective
As part of the project, archival material from the School’s library is being digitized, including approximately 6,000 books and more than 24,000 pages of documents.
The National School of Judges, established in 1994, has the mission not only of providing legal education but also of cultivating legal reasoning and broadening intellectual horizons through engagement with culture and the arts. Within this context, the project supports the modernization of the School’s services through contemporary digital infrastructures.
The solution includes the enhancement of existing services and the development of new digital functionalities, accessible on a continuous basis, with the aim of improving the management of library resources and educational processes. At the same time, the project contributes to reducing the time required for managing and transferring data between information systems, facilitating administrative staff and increasing the efficiency of internal procedures.
The implementation of the project strengthens the digital transformation of the National School of Judges and supports the management and utilization of its bibliographic and educational resources through modern digitization and information management technologies.
